Getting Started
Grant permissions β first button run will ask for OAuth β click Allow.
Fill Settings (β¬ Settings sheet) β currency, hourly rate, footer text, colours.
Create your tasks in π¨ Calculation.
Tick the checkbox βοΈ for every task you want to export / track / quote.
Functions Menu (top bar)

Copies all checked rows into π§ Offer (layout auto-formats).

Saves current sheet view as PDF in a new tab.

Builds a month-grid bar chart for all checked tasks.

Pops a total of Time Spent for checked tasks (read-only).
π¦ Transfer Tasks to Tracker
Adds header rows for checked tasks in π¦ Time Tracker.
π¦ Toggle Timer For Task
Start / stop stopwatch on the active task header.

Totals every log and syncs Time Spent β π¨ (+ budgets, progress).

Reads current π¨ data, creates / refreshes π₯ Report.

Wipes the named sheet (Offer / Gantt / Tracker / Report).
Offer Module π§
Generate Offer β builds a clean, client-ready sheet starting at row 9.
Download PDF β exports what you see, pop-up must be allowed.
Edit titles, descriptions, order in the Offer sheet if needed; styling follows your Settings.
Footer & optional attachment link come from β¬ Settings.
Tip: you can type or correct Time Spent directly in π¨ Calculation.
An on-edit trigger recalculates Time Remaining, Budget Spent/Remaining and Progress automatically; give Sheets a couple of seconds (β 5 s) to finish the refresh before you open or regenerate the report.

Gantt Chart π©
Builds a 4-week bar for every checked task with Start / End / Duration.
Colour comes from β¬ Settings B29.
Re-run Generate Gantt Chart after you change tasks or dates.
Clear Gantt Chart wipes the sheet.
Time Tracker π¦
Logging workflow
Transfer Tasks to Tracker β adds a header row (Task Info).
Click header β Toggle Timer to start.
Click again to stop β a log row appears (Date / Start / End).
Need another session? click header & toggle again β a second log line is created.
Push Time to Calculation totals all log lines under each header and syncs budgets.
Important: you edit durations by fixing Start or End times β Round Duration recalculates automatically when you click Push Time to Calculation.
Report π₯
Generate Report pulls the current numbers from π¨ Calculation for every checked task.
Layout is wide β adjust column widths with the column-resize handles if needed.
Clearing / regenerating doesnβt touch other sheets.
Best Practices
Always tick the checkbox before exporting, tracking or reporting.
One source of truth: Push Time to Calculation before sending offers or reports.
Keep Settings tidy β colours & footer flow everywhere.
Let the on-edit trigger recompute budgets when you manually change Time Spent.
Example Workflow

Transfer to Tracker β work the day with Toggle Timer.
End of day β Push Time to Calculation (budgets & progress update).
Need a quote? Generate Offer & Download PDF.
Need a status deck? Generate Report.
Archive logs monthly: Clear Tracker (hard reset) after pushing totals.

Example Workflow: From Planning to Report
Go to the Calculation tab, fill in your tasks, hours, start dates, margins and prices.
Check tasks to include in your offer.
Use Functions > Generate Offer to generate the client offer.
Track your work in Time Tracker, or log hours manually.
Run Update Progress and Budget to calculate remaining time, budget, and progress.
Generate your Gantt or Report when needed.
